1. Service
Next AI is an API gateway that forwards your requests to third-party AI providers. We do not build the models ourselves — we handle routing, rate limiting, metering and logging. Model output comes from the provider.
2. Account
One account per person. Keeping your API keys safe is your responsibility — every request made with a key counts against your account. If a key leaks, revoke it from the dashboard immediately.
3. Free credits and limits
Free credits are granted daily and come with rate limits. We may change those limits at any time, either to prevent abuse or to match upstream provider capacity. There is no uptime guarantee on the free tier.
4. Plans and payment
A plan is a one-time purchase that unlocks the plan-only models and a larger token window for a fixed number of days. It is not a subscription: no card is stored, nothing renews, and no amount is ever charged without you making the payment yourself. Payments are collected by a payment gateway over UPI or USDT and are detected automatically, so a plan normally activates within a minute of the money arriving; if that detection ever fails the payment still stands and the plan can be activated by hand. Days count from activation, and renewing before expiry adds days to the ones you have left. When a plan expires the plan-only models stop working and the account returns to the free tier. Which models a plan includes can change as models are added or retired upstream, and a plan is access to a shared service rather than reserved capacity. Purchases are not refunded automatically — if a payment was taken and the plan did not activate, contact us and we will put it right.
5. Paid credits
Credits are prepaid usage for the paid models, priced in US dollars (1 credit = $0.000001) and bought over the same gateway in rupees or USDT. The rupee price of a top-up uses the rate shown on the top-up form at the time you pay. Credits are added as soon as the payment is detected, do not expire, and are not transferable or exchangeable for cash. They are spent only by paid models — free and plan models never draw on them. Before a paid request runs, its worst-case cost is held against your balance and the exact amount is charged when it finishes, so an unfinished request never costs the held figure. A payment that is short of the amount asked for is not credited automatically; contact us and it will be sorted out by hand.
6. What is not allowed
Farming free quota across multiple accounts, reselling keys, evading limits with automated scraping, generating illegal content, or testing systems you are not authorized to test. Any of these can close your account without notice, plan or no plan.
7. Content
You are responsible for what you send and for what the model returns. AI output can be wrong — verifying it for anything that matters is your job. We make no guarantees about accuracy.
8. Availability
The service is provided "as is". If an upstream provider goes down, rate limits you, or retires a model, we are not liable for the resulting loss. We may discontinue the service or any individual model at any time.
9. Termination
You can stop using the service at any time by revoking your keys. We may suspend or delete accounts that break these terms.
10. Changes
If these terms change, this page is updated. Continuing to use the service after a change counts as acceptance.
